Remote learning at Boughton Heath
As we all continue to be affected by outbreak of Covid 19, we are determined to ensure children do not miss any more learning following the school closures earlier in the year.
Should a child have to self isolate due to coronavirus, be this indepenently or as part of a whole class bubble, they can continue their learning remotely. This learning will be the same as what they would have done in school and they will receive regular communcation and feedback from their class teachers regardless of whether they are absent from school for a couple of days or a couple of weeks. This will be facilitated online using the SeeSaw app for children in Reception and Key Stage 1, and by using Microsoft Teams for children in Key Stage 2.
We are confident the measures we have put in place to faciliate remote learning will massively reduce the disruption upon children's learning if they cannot attend school and would invite you to read through and watch the materials within this section of the website to understand how remote learning will work for your child.
If you have a question which you cannot find the answer to, please contact the school via phone or email, who will be happy to assist you with your query.
