Complaints
We adopt an open door policy at Boughton Heath and encourage parents to contact staff with any queries or concerns they may have. This can be done by requesting an appointment with any member of staff via the school office. We always advise raising concerns with your child's class teacher in the first instance, before seeking assistance from a member of the senior leadership team.
There may be occasions where you wish to submit a complaint to school. In these instances, the way in which this is done is clearly set out in the CAT Complaints Procedure which can be found here.
